 报告题目：Design and finite element simulations of cloak devices

 报告摘要：In this talk, we first introduce the design principle and applications of cloak device, and then we design two layered information open electromagnetic cloak devices based on linear and nonlinear transformations. The time-domain mathematics model is constructed for IO cloak devices. By the finite element simulations, we find that the information open electromagnetic cloak device obtained by the level layered design method has better cloak effect than the equidistant layered design.  

 主讲人简介：

 杨伟，湘潭大学教授，博士生导师，现任湘潭大学教务处副处长。长期从事研究超材料中电磁波传播问题的建模与数值方法，在国际SCI 期刊发表论文 50 余篇，其中包括计算数学领域权威期刊 SIAM J. Numer. Anal., SIAM J. Sci. Comput., SIAM J. Appl. Math., Math. Comput., J. Comput. Phys.等，SCI 他引500余次。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，青年项目1项，湖南省杰出青年基金项目1项，作为核心成员参与173重点项目、国自科重大研究计划2项，国家重点研发计划项目1项，国防科工局国防基础项目 1 项、湖南省JMRH项目1项。2022年入选湖南省“芙蓉学者奖励计划”青年学者、2016 年获第三届中国工业与应用数学学会优秀青年学者奖。
